I’ve been doing what I love for over 30 years, and I’m still doing it today, tomorrow, and every day after that.
I love to cook, but what I love even more is feeding people. Good food should be full of colour, flavour, and feeling, just like life. It should comfort you, surprise you, and leave you full in all the right ways.
Along the way, I’ve written a bestselling cookbook and hosted two cooking shows, but what truly defines me is the work itself — from starting Farouge with my sister and her husband, to running two busy bistros and serving lunch for more than 300 people a day.
